1. Agreement to Terms
By engaging ACT Solutions For All for professional cleaning and restoration services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all contracts, quotes, and agreements between you (the "Client") and ACT Solutions For All (the "Company").
Important: If you do not agree with these terms, please do not proceed with our services.

ACT Solutions For All provides the following services in Canberra and surrounding regions:

3. Quotes & Estimates
3.1 Quote Validity
Quotes provided by the Company are valid for 30 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise specified. Quotes may be subject to change based on material costs, labour rates, or site conditions.
3.2 Site Inspections
Accurate quotes require a thorough site inspection. Quotes provided without a site visit are estimates only and may be subject to revision.
3.3 Scope Changes
Any changes to the project scope after a quote is accepted will be subject to a variation quote and may affect the total contract price and timeline.
4. Contracts & Payments
4.1 Written Contracts
All projects require a written contract signed by both parties before work commences. The contract will detail the scope of work, pricing, payment schedule, and timeline.
4.2 Deposits
A deposit is required before work begins. The deposit amount will be specified in the contract and typically ranges from 10% to 30% of the total contract value.
4.3 Progress Payments
Payments are made in stages based on service completion as outlined in the contract. Typical payment arrangements include:
- Deposit upon booking confirmation (for large projects)
- Payment on completion for standard services
- Progress payments for multi-day projects
- Emergency service payments as per agreement
4.4 Payment Methods
Payments can be made via bank transfer, cheque, or credit card (surcharges may apply). All payments must be made within 7 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed.
4.5 Late Payments
Late payments may result in work stoppage and/or interest charges at the rate of 2% per month on outstanding amounts.
5. Service Guarantee
5.1 Satisfaction Guarantee
As a professional cleaning service provider, we guarantee your satisfaction with our work. If you're not completely satisfied with our services, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion.
5.2 Workmanship Guarantee
We guarantee all workmanship and stand behind the quality of our cleaning services. This covers any issues arising from our service delivery.
5.3 Products & Materials
We use professional-grade cleaning products and equipment. Products are warranted according to manufacturer specifications. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or conditions beyond our control.
5.4 Guarantee Exclusions
Our guarantees do not cover:
- Pre-existing damage or deterioration
- Normal wear and tear after service completion
- Damage from environmental factors or weather
- Acts of nature or force majeure
- Areas or items specifically excluded from the service scope
6. Liability & Insurance
6.1 Public Liability Insurance
The Company maintains public liability insurance as required by law. Insurance details are available upon request.
6.2 Limitation of Liability
The Company's liability is limited to the contract value or $10,000, whichever is greater, except for liabilities that cannot be excluded by law.
6.3 Client Responsibilities
The Client is responsible for:
- Ensuring clear site access
- Protecting personal property
- Maintaining existing home insurance
- Providing accurate site information
- Obtaining necessary approvals for works on their property
7. Privacy & Data Protection
We respect your privacy and handle personal information in accordance with Australian privacy laws. Information collected is used solely for providing our services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

8. Changes to Terms
The Company reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
For active contracts, changes will only apply to new agreements unless required by law.
